La l\u00f2gica del m\u00f3n actual, en el qual la interrelaci\u00f3, l\u2019adaptabilitat o la comprensi\u00f3 de la complexitat cultural s\u00f3n valors encara m\u00e9s cotitzats que el coneixement t\u00e8cnic o acad\u00e8mic, aguditza la necessitat d\u2019implantar l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional com a prioritat del sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Aix\u00ed, doncs, l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional, o la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional, \u00e9s un tema que irromp per poc que s\u2019explori el debat educatiu actual. Quan ens preguntem pel tema, s\u2019ha de tenir en compte que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional \u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 \u201cd\u2019orientar la mirada\u201d. Tal com ens explica el professor de Filosofia i Educaci\u00f3 emocional i col\u00b7laborador de l\u2019Ateneu de l\u2019Allian\u00e7e Fran\u00e7aise de Sabadell, Josep Soler, no es tracta nom\u00e9s d\u2019identificar \u201cles emocions, sin\u00f3 la idea que hi ha darrere. Quan alg\u00fa sent por, r\u00e0bia, indignaci\u00f3, alegria o entusiasme, ha de comprendre quina idea es manifesta. Per exemple, en la indignaci\u00f3 hi trobem la idea de just\u00edcia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c9s tan important tenir clar el concepte d\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional com \u00e9s saber-la recon\u00e8ixer en l\u2019alumne. Un \u00e0mbit privilegiat per avaluar el seu bon desenvolupament emocional \u00e9s el <strong>tracte amb els companys<\/strong>. \u00c9s vital observar \u201csi t\u00e9 una bona empatia, \u00e9s respectu\u00f3s, alegre i ho expressa, no nom\u00e9s amb la paraula sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 amb el gest i un tarann\u00e0 afable i conciliador\u201d, observa el vicepresident de la Fundaci\u00f3 Joviat i director pedag\u00f2gic de l\u2019Escola Joviat, Jordi Vilaseca. Com si es tract\u00e9s de facetes a les quals el mestre ha d\u2019estar atent, aquest educador tamb\u00e9 destaca la capacitat de recon\u00e8ixer i expressar l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim, de posar paraules als sentiments, la manera de resoldre conflictes, les habilitats socials que s\u2019utilitzen per trobar l\u2019equilibri o la coher\u00e8ncia entre el comportament a l\u2019escola i a la fam\u00edlia. La potenciaci\u00f3 de l\u2019autonomia del nen contribuir\u00e0 al desplegament d\u2019aquestes facetes. \u201cS\u2019ha d\u2019ajudar l\u2019alumne a expressar les seves necessitats i a apoderar-lo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Avui, m\u00e9s necessari que mai<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Una atenci\u00f3 sistem\u00e0tica a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional hauria sigut b\u00e0sica en qualsevol per\u00edode precedent, per\u00f2 la veritat \u00e9s que avui dia <strong>la necessitat de prioritzar-la s\u2019ha accentuat<\/strong>. \u201c\u00c9s m\u00e9s necessari per a l\u2019ambient en qu\u00e8 els nens creixen. Hi ha una frase que resumeix l\u2019esperit del nostre temps: \u00abEl que passa a tal lloc, es queda a tal lloc\u00bb. \u00c9s com dir \u00abel que passa quan estic enfadat es queda all\u00e0\u00bb i no pots criticar-me per all\u00f2 ara que ja no hi s\u00f3c. Doncs, no, el que fas enfadat tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies que no desapareixen quan ja no ho est\u00e0s\u201d, explica Josep Soler. Per aquest motiu, \u201cuna de les feines m\u00e9s importants que tenim \u00e9s la d\u2019educar les emocions per construir la persona que volem ser\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Si parlem de les urg\u00e8ncies pr\u00f2pies del nostre temps, la <strong>digitalitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> \u00e9s un factor que ineludiblement ha de ser avaluat, at\u00e8s el seu <strong>impacte social i cultural<\/strong>. Tal com explica la mestra especialitzada en educaci\u00f3 emocional, Anna Carpena, des del punt de vista de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional, l\u2019entorn digital ofereix una doble cara. \u201cPot ser motivadora d\u2019aprenentatges, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 crear addicions, \u00e9s a dir, el seu \u00fas incentiva emocions positives i tamb\u00e9 estressants, com l\u2019ansietat\u201d. En aquest sentit, es revela essencial \u201cla compet\u00e8ncia emocional de la fam\u00edlia\u201d per gestionar. \u201cSens dubte, les emocions acompanyen les decisions de posar, o no, l\u00edmits a l\u2019\u00fas de l\u2019entorn digital\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La preparaci\u00f3 del mestre<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El <strong>context social<\/strong> reclama que el desenvolupament de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional se situ\u00ef com a eix b\u00e0sic de la formaci\u00f3 de nens i joves. Per\u00f2, el nostre sistema educatiu est\u00e0 a l\u2019altura d\u2019aquest repte? El desenvolupament de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional \u201cno est\u00e0 generalitzat ni sistematitzat\u201d al nostre ensenyament. Carpena, que \u00e9s membre del comit\u00e8 cient\u00edfic i assessor del Congr\u00e9s Internacional d\u2019Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Emocional i Benestar, apunta tamb\u00e9 a la falta de preparaci\u00f3 del professorat en aquesta mat\u00e8ria. \u201cEstar format en intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional vol dir haver fet un treball d\u2019autoconeixement i autogesti\u00f3, cosa que implica mantenir un proc\u00e9s de treball personal permanentment\u201d. Si el mestre no pot oferir aquest punt de partida, \u201ces faran activitats que no aprofundiran en l\u2019assoliment d\u2019objectius clars\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Disposar d\u2019una <strong>base de fonaments psicol\u00f2gics<\/strong> \u00e9s essencial perqu\u00e8 el mestre pugui afrontar significativament l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional. \u00c9s necessari con\u00e8ixer \u201cles necessitats psicol\u00f2giques de cada etapa vital per poder acompanyar i guiar amb criteri i coher\u00e8ncia\u201d, apunta Jordi Vilaseca, que destaca la utilitat de models com l\u2019enfocament emocional de la Pedagogia sist\u00e8mica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dif\u00edcilment podem parlar d\u2019un projecte d\u2019educaci\u00f3 integral si no es contempla el conjunt d\u2019actors: sistema educatiu, fam\u00edlia, professor i, per descomptat, escola. Com es pot fer que tot el centre participi amb un enfocament coherent en aquest nivell? \u201cNosaltres treballem l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional tant en el professorat, a trav\u00e9s de formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua, tallers, etc\u00e8tera, com amb els alumnes\u201d. Mireia Trias, directora de l\u2019Escola Nostra Senyora de Lurdes (Barcelona) detalla que \u201ca trav\u00e9s de la interioritzaci\u00f3, cada mat\u00ed hi ha un temps de silenci i relaxaci\u00f3 que permet al nen centrar-se, harmonitzar-se, connectar amb si mateix i descobrir l\u2019espai intu\u00eftiu i misteri\u00f3s que hi ha dins seu\u201d. L\u2019acci\u00f3 de tutoria i l\u2019\u00e0mbit de conviv\u00e8ncia tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n importants, com eines fonamentals en el desenvolupament de la dimensi\u00f3 social dels nostres alumnes\u201d, afegeix la mestra i pedagoga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mireia Trias, juntament amb Anna Carpena, Josep Soler i Jordi Vilaseca, compondr\u00e0 la plantilla de ponents de la <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/educationtalks\/\">pr\u00f2xima edici\u00f3 monografia d\u2019Education Talks<\/a>, que se celebrar\u00e0 l\u20191 de desembre i es dedicar\u00e0 al tema de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Emocional. <strong>Education Talks<\/strong> \u00e9s una plataforma per a la innovaci\u00f3 educativa impulsada per la Universitat Abat Oliba CEU. Dins d\u2019#EDUCATIONTalks s\u2019organitzen \u00e0mplies trobades sobre innovaci\u00f3 educativa, on tenen lloc tot tipus de perspectives innovadores i panells monogr\u00e0fics sobre una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 d\u2019actualitat al m\u00f3n de l\u2019educaci\u00f3.
