Evoluci\u00f3n. Revoluci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bajo la premisa que la empresa es acci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n es acci\u00f3n, los ponentes\u00a0 explicar\u00e1n c\u00f3mo la evoluci\u00f3n es el descubrimiento del organigrama emocional, el cual prevalece sobre los organigramas oficiales y los anula. Costa cre\u00f3 el M\u00e1ster Internacional DirCom que se imparte desde 2004 en Universidades de Espa\u00f1a, Ecuador, M\u00e9xico, Per\u00fa y Bolivia, y creador del MasterBrand. Tambi\u00e9n es director del <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.joancostainstitute.com\/index.html\">Joan Costa Institute.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Alejandro Formanchuk<\/strong> es especialista en comunicaci\u00f3n organizacional, y combina una s\u00f3lida formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica con una experiencia de trabajo para m\u00e1s de 150 empresas en 15 pa\u00edses.
