De acuerdo con la profesora, \u00abcuando hablamos de resiliencia, hablamos de esa capacidad que tenemos las personas o los grupos, de delante de una adversidad, salir fortalecido o transformado\u00bb. En este sentido, la resiliencia hace referencia a estar \u00abherido pero no vencido\u00bb y a la posibilidad de \u00abgenerar oportunidades\u00bb, \u00abproyectando futuro con esperanza\u00bb. Por consiguiente, al hablar de resiliencia, \u00abno hablamos solamente de resistir, sino que ha de haber un paso m\u00e1s de transformaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>No es requisito indispensable haber vivido una situaci\u00f3n extremadamente grave para que se desarrolle la resiliencia, sino que, como argumenta la investigadora, \u00abla vida nos pone en situaciones muy muy complicadas y realmente t\u00fa puedes pasar por este proceso de resiliencia durante toda la vida, sin necesidad de vivir una situaci\u00f3n extremadamente adversa para poder darnos cuenta de que somos resilientes o podemos ser resilientes\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>For\u00e9s expone que \u00abla resiliencia es dif\u00edcil de trabajar y promover porque entran en juego muchos y diferentes factores\u00bb. A lo largo del coloquio, la profesora menciona algunos de los pilares de resiliencia m\u00e1s importantes: la creatividad, la existencia de una red de apoyo, la autoestima, las funciones ejecutivas&#8230; No obstante, remarca el papel primordial del v\u00ednculo y las relaciones personales, de \u201cla mirada del otro\u201d y del \u201camor incondicional como elementos b\u00e1sicos para poder ser resilientes. En consecuencia, de acuerdo con For\u00e9s, \u00abese apego seguro de los primeros a\u00f1os es una fuente de resiliencia\u00bb. En este aspecto, y teniendo en cuenta la actual pandemia, remarca la necesidad de pasar del \u00abego\u00bb al \u00abeco\u00bb, pues ha quedado demostrado que\u00a0\u00abo nos salvaos todos o nadie se salva, tenemos que trabajar mucho m\u00e1s en red\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, la investigadora hace referencia al papel de los maestros como tutores de resiliencia, \u00abel maestro o la maestra se pueden convertir en tutores de resiliencia, pueden ser ese tutor que es la catapulta que te ayuda a salir adelante\u00bb.
