Durante las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, diversas han sido las leyes educativas que han sido aprobadas \u00abpara, se supone, dar respuesta a las demandas y necesidades en la construcci\u00f3n de un sistema educativo s\u00f3lido\u00bb. En este sentido, el art\u00edculo de la Dra. C\u00e1ndida Filgueira ofrece una perspectiva hist\u00f3rica del marco legislativo del sistema educativo espa\u00f1ol para analizar las principales normas educativas que han ido apareciendo \u00abcomo reflejo de una sociedad sometida a profundas alteraciones\u00bb. Igualmente, hoy en d\u00eda nos encontramos en \u00abel umbral de un nuevo cambio legislativo en materia de educaci\u00f3n\u00bb.
