Professora de Comunicaci\u00f3 Intercultural, Orat\u00f2ria i Medis a la University of Applied Sciences d\u2019Augsburg (Alemanya) i diplomada per l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Espanyola de Psicoter\u00e0pia Gestalt A.E.T.G \/ CIPHAR.<br \/>\nEl taller va ser impartit als estudiants de quart i cinqu\u00e8 d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i consistia en treballar les diferents \u00e0rees art\u00edstiques a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional. Es pretenia que els alumnes desenvolupessin dues habilitats b\u00e0siques de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional: la consci\u00e8ncia de les pr\u00f2pies emocions i el maneig d\u2019aquestes. De tal manera que els proporcionaria una major efic\u00e0cia en els processos d\u2019aprenentatge dirigits ells i elles en el seu futur com a docents.<br \/>\nNecessitem comprendre i controlar les emocions tant per la nostra vida di\u00e0ria com per educar. Ja que l\u2019emoci\u00f3, el pensament i l\u2019acci\u00f3 s\u00f3n tres elements que van sempre lligats a tot all\u00f2 que fem el dia a dia.
