En la l\u00ednea de trabajo de formaci\u00f3n complementaria de los grados de Educaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n todos invitados a participar en el evento \u00abEducar para liderar: j\u00f3venes maestros con esp\u00edritu emprendedor\u00bb. Ser\u00e1 el d\u00eda 26 de marzo de 2026 en el Sal\u00f3n de Grados de la Universitat CEU Abat Oliba (C\/ Bellesguard, 30 de Barcelona), entre las 15 h. y las 17 h.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La jornada, enmarcada dentro de la orientaci\u00f3n profesional del alumnado ofrecida desde el grado, y en colaboraci\u00f3n con la C\u00e1tedra de Empresa Familiar y Creaci\u00f3n de Empresas de la CEU UAO<\/strong>, tiene como objetivo ofrecer claves reales para la empleabilidad en el \u00e1mbito educativo, poniendo el foco en iniciativas innovadoras y en el esp\u00edritu emprendedor aplicado a la educaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n

A lo largo del encuentro, los asistentes podr\u00e1n conocer de primera mano experiencias profesionales diversas dentro del sector. Participar\u00e1n ponentes vinculados a la pr\u00e1ctica educativa, la gesti\u00f3n de centros y el emprendimiento, que compartir\u00e1n sus trayectorias, retos y aprendizajes.<\/p>\n

En concreto, intervendr\u00e1n Mikel Mart\u00edn<\/strong>, coordinador pedag\u00f3gico de la Fundaci\u00f3 Llor; Daniel Ruiz Romera<\/strong>, alumno actual de los grados de Educaci\u00f3n y emprendedor vinculado al \u00e1mbito\u00a0 educativo; Anna Zamorano<\/strong>, cap d\u2019Infantil en Avantis; Robert S\u00e1nchez Cid<\/strong>, emprendedor de MIMOS-COPERNICO SLU; Albert Roig<\/strong>, responsable de pr\u00e1cticas universitarias en Escola Pia Sarri\u00e0; y Gisela Vives<\/strong>, antigua alumna CEU UAO y fundadora de la empresa BestVR, quien aportar\u00e1 una mirada innovadora desde el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda en educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Esta pluralidad de perfiles permitir\u00e1 a los estudiantes ampliar su mirada sobre las oportunidades laborales que ofrece el grado en Educaci\u00f3n CEU UAO, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los itinerarios tradicionales.<\/p>\n

La sesi\u00f3n se plantea como un espacio din\u00e1mico y cercano, en el que se fomentar\u00e1 el di\u00e1logo con los estudiantes, facilitando la resoluci\u00f3n de dudas y la reflexi\u00f3n sobre el propio itinerario formativo y profesional. Se busca reforzar el v\u00ednculo entre la formaci\u00f3n universitaria y la realidad del mundo laboral, acompa\u00f1ando al alumnado en el desarrollo de competencias clave para su futuro como docentes, l\u00edderes educativos y agentes de cambio.<\/span><\/p>\n
