{"id":1404,"date":"2025-11-15T22:50:12","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T21:50:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/humanidades-educacion\/?p=1404"},"modified":"2025-11-15T22:50:12","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T21:50:12","slug":"la-vocacion-del-maestro-empieza-por-las-virtudes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/humanidades-educacion\/la-vocacion-del-maestro-empieza-por-las-virtudes\/","title":{"rendered":"La vocaci\u00f3n del maestro empieza por las virtudes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"227\" data-end=\"295\"><strong data-start=\"227\" data-end=\"295\">Ana Zamorano reflexiona sobre el perfil del educador en Infantil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"297\" data-end=\"589\">El pasado <strong data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"333\">5 de noviembre de 2025<\/strong>, el alumnado del Grado en Educaci\u00f3n Infantil de la <strong data-start=\"385\" data-end=\"414\">Universidad CEU Abat Oliba <\/strong>tuvo la oportunidad de asistir a una sesi\u00f3n muy especial dentro de la asignatura <strong data-start=\"496\" data-end=\"546\">\u201cMetodolog\u00eda Did\u00e1ctica y Habilidades Docentes\u201d<\/strong>, impartida por el profesor <strong data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"588\">Quim Casas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"935\">La ponencia estuvo a cargo de <strong data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"637\">Ana Zamorano<\/strong>, directora del centro de Educaci\u00f3n Infantil <strong data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"693\">Avantis<\/strong> de Barcelona, una instituci\u00f3n referente en Educaci\u00f3n Infantil en Barcelona. En su intervenci\u00f3n, Zamorano abord\u00f3 una cuesti\u00f3n fundamental en la formaci\u00f3n de futuros docentes: <strong data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"934\">la importancia de las virtudes en el maestro de Infantil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"935\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se present\u00f3 el <strong data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1033\">\u201cDec\u00e0leg del gran mestr@\u201d<\/strong>, un compendio de principios que definen a un educador excelente, no solo por su competencia profesional, sino tambi\u00e9n por su calidad humana.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"935\">Algunas de las virtudes destacadas fueron:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1575\">\n<li data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1276\">\n<p data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1276\">La <strong data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1235\">empat\u00eda<\/strong> y la <strong data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1276\">capacidad de trabajar en equipo<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1354\">\n<p data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1354\">La <strong data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1304\">formaci\u00f3n continua<\/strong> como garant\u00eda de un buen acompa\u00f1amiento educativo<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1438\">\n<p data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1438\">La <strong data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1374\">coherencia<\/strong>, la <strong data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1391\">humildad<\/strong> y el <strong data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1408\">respeto<\/strong> hacia los dem\u00e1s profesionales<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1489\">\n<p data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1489\">La <strong data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1458\">discreci\u00f3n<\/strong> en el manejo de la informaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1575\">\n<p data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1575\">Una <strong data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1532\">visi\u00f3n positiva de la dificultad<\/strong>, entendida como oportunidad de aprendizaje<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1795\">Este dec\u00e1logo no es solo una gu\u00eda pr\u00e1ctica; es una invitaci\u00f3n a vivir la docencia como una vocaci\u00f3n que integra <strong data-start=\"1689\" data-end=\"1728\">sabidur\u00eda, entrega y amor al alumno<\/strong>, especialmente en una etapa tan sensible como la primera infancia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1819\"><strong>Formar desde el ser<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"2077\">Zamorano insisti\u00f3 en que <strong data-start=\"1846\" data-end=\"1930\">\u201ceducar no es solo transmitir contenidos, sino formar personas desde el ejemplo\u201d<\/strong>, y que la escuela debe ser un espacio donde cada ni\u00f1o se sienta mirado, escuchado y amado.
