{"id":3055,"date":"2022-01-20T12:12:22","date_gmt":"2022-01-20T11:12:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/economicas-empresariales\/?p=3055"},"modified":"2022-01-20T12:12:22","modified_gmt":"2022-01-20T11:12:22","slug":"management-para-una-nueva-era-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/economicas-empresariales\/2022\/01\/20\/management-para-una-nueva-era-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Management para una nueva era (2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Continuaci\u00f3n de una entrada anterior en este blog, y siguiendo a Peters, Smith y Thomas (2018) se destacan a continuaci\u00f3n, lo que estos autores definen como los grandes dilemas que debe tener en cuenta la educaci\u00f3n directiva en nuestro tiempo<\/p>\n<p>La educaci\u00f3n para el management al ser una materia multidisciplinar se halla sometida a influencias muy diversas, desde las que proceden del campo acad\u00e9mico hasta las que son consecuencia de modas o simplificaciones de una realidad compleja.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2826\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/economicas-empresariales\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/04\/lifelong-learning-word-cloud-lifelong-learning-word-cloud-wordcloud-made-text-143025841-480x241.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/economicas-empresariales\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/04\/lifelong-learning-word-cloud-lifelong-learning-word-cloud-wordcloud-made-text-143025841-480x241.jpg 480w, https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/economicas-empresariales\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/04\/lifelong-learning-word-cloud-lifelong-learning-word-cloud-wordcloud-made-text-143025841-768x386.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/economicas-empresariales\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/04\/lifelong-learning-word-cloud-lifelong-learning-word-cloud-wordcloud-made-text-143025841.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Si atendemos a la enumeraci\u00f3n de los autores citados, se plantean siete dilemas en la educaci\u00f3n para la direcci\u00f3n (Peters, Smith, Thomas, 2018, pp. 141-144)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lo individual y la organizaci\u00f3n: La necesidad de, no solamente ofrecer en los programas conocimientos sobre el cambio en las organizaciones, sino tambi\u00e9n sobre los cambios necesarios en la esfera individual<\/li>\n<li>Lo cognitivo y la conducta: Los programas educativos suelen basarse en conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos (que son imprescindibles) pero no se trabajan suficientemente las habilidades, las que suelen definirse como \u201csoft skills\u201d que a lo largo de la vida de la persona directiva son las m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles.<\/li>\n<li>Acci\u00f3n y reflexi\u00f3n: Aprender a relacionar la reflexi\u00f3n, la teor\u00eda y lo abstracto con la acci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica: Las personas que ocupan cargos directivos suelen dar opiniones que sit\u00faan a la teor\u00eda como algo alejado de la pr\u00e1ctica sin darse cuenta de que en cada acci\u00f3n que desarrollan est\u00e1n tomando como base a teor\u00edas existentes, muchas veces se hace de forma inconsciente.<\/li>\n<li>Ense\u00f1ar y facilitar: Debe valorarse al m\u00e1ximo la funci\u00f3n de ense\u00f1ar, tambi\u00e9n a lo largo del desarrollo de la profesi\u00f3n, no solamente en la Universidad, o en las Business Schools, ello quiere decir promover acciones, animar, estimular, inspirar, facilitar la innovaci\u00f3n, etc. en las empresas.<\/li>\n<li>Experiencias emocionales e intelectuales: Potenciar el estudio y despu\u00e9s el trabajo, fuera de las llamadas \u201czonas de confort\u201d creando un clima que prepare a los directivos del futuro a gestionar situaciones inesperadas, gestionar el propio estr\u00e9s, derivado de un mundo lleno de situaciones ambiguas.<\/li>\n<li>Aprendizaje formal e informal: Es necesario combinar la ense\u00f1anza formal, los programas formales, tanto en el estudio como en el desarrollo de la actividad profesional, junto a una din\u00e1mica informal enriquecedora que permita la creaci\u00f3n de conocimiento, casi de forma artesanal, ligada a la vida real.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior, de forma muy simplificada resume una serie de retos a los que debe enfrentarse toda profesi\u00f3n directiva en nuestro tiempo, desde la etapa formativa \u2014que debe extenderse durante toda la vida, asumiendo la normalidad del \u201clifelong learning\u201d\u2014 hasta el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en todo tipo de organizaciones y empresas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Referencias:<\/p>\n<p>Peters, K.; Smith, R.; Thomas, H.
