No obstante, a trav\u00e9s de determinadas m\u00e9tricas o tambi\u00e9n llamadas KPIs (<em>Key Performance Indicators) <\/em>podemos analizar los resultados obtenidos de una forma simple y objetiva y obtener informaci\u00f3n crucial para el \u00e9xito de nuestro negocio.<\/p>\n<p>Hay miles de m\u00e9tricas y de muchos tipos pero generalmente en el mundo del marketing se clasifican en offline y online. Estas \u00faltimas ser\u00e1n aquellas relacionadas con el marketing y la comunicaci\u00f3n digital, siendo hoy en d\u00eda de gran importancia dada la creciente tendencia del <em>e-commerce.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, se resumen brevemente algunos de los beneficios del uso de las m\u00e9tricas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ayudan a cuantificar en n\u00fameros las estrategias y t\u00e1cticas llevadas a cabo.<\/li>\n<li>Pueden servir de soporte en la toma de decisiones.<\/li>\n<li>Son un referente para los inversores o potenciales inversores.<\/li>\n<li>Permiten detectar tendencias y cambios en el entorno.<\/li>\n<li>Act\u00faan como referente de mejora, ya bien sea de procesos, objetivos, distribuci\u00f3n de recursos, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2463\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/economicas-empresariales\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/05\/M\u00e9tricas-marketing.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"565\" height=\"173\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/economicas-empresariales\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/05\/M\u00e9tricas-marketing.jpg 655w, https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/economicas-empresariales\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/05\/M\u00e9tricas-marketing-300x92.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 565px) 100vw, 565px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Algunas de las m\u00e9tricas m\u00e1s destacadas son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<p><u>Cifra de ventas de un per\u00edodo respecto al per\u00edodo anterior<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una variable muy evidente pero con mucho partido. Las ventas pueden clasificarse seg\u00fan variables acordes con nuestro target como el sexo, la edad, la zona geogr\u00e1fica, etc. y darnos detalles de, por ejemplo, d\u00f3nde residen las ventas m\u00e1s abundantes. Si se comparan con el per\u00edodo anterior obtenemos una cifra que nos indica si \u00e9stas se han visto incrementadas o disminuidas.<\/p>\n<p><u>Coste de adquisici\u00f3n de un cliente<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Es una m\u00e9trica que toma en cuenta todos los recursos invertidos (marketing, publicidad, I+D,\u2026) para determinar cu\u00e1l es el coste que corresponde a cada uno de los clientes adquiridos tras haber realizado dicha inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><u>Tiempo que pasa el cliente en nuestra tienda f\u00edsica o web<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Ya hemos hablado de t\u00e9rminos monetarios, ahora toca hablar de tiempo. El tiempo que pasa el cliente en una tienda f\u00edsica o en una web online es un factor que nos sirve para determinar c\u00f3mo deber\u00eda ser el entorno en el que el cliente se encuentra. De esta forma, si descubrimos que el cliente pasa poco tiempo en una tienda o web, puede deberse al hecho de que no se encuentra en un lugar c\u00f3modo y agradable y por ello prefiere irse r\u00e1pido. Tambi\u00e9n puede deberse al hecho de que los procesos de nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda est\u00e1n funcionando de una forma r\u00e1pida, \u00e1gil y eficiente.<br \/>\nExisten infinitud de m\u00e9tricas m\u00e1s, habiendo libros enteros dedicados exclusivamente a \u00e9stas.
