Parece obvio, pero la realidad que nos rodea, muestra que no lo es tanto.<\/p>\n<p>El management es una actividad de alta exigencia, al servicio de una organizaci\u00f3n, o de una empresa y por extensi\u00f3n, con efecto directo en la vida de muchas personas.<\/p>\n<p>Hace pocos d\u00edas, dos autores han destacado <strong>una serie de nuevas formas de acercarnos a la funci\u00f3n directiva<\/strong>, aceptando que dirigir, es dirigir personas, pues los sistemas son solamente herramientas para facilitar logros.<\/p>\n<p>Los citados autores son Richard Straub y Julia Kirby que en Harvard Business Review, con fecha 3 de abril de 2017, han publicado un texto breve con un t\u00edtulo que resume toda una forma de entender la funci\u00f3n directiva: <em>Meaningful Work Should Not Be a Privilege of the Elite. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1710 size-full alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/economicas-empresariales\/files\/2017\/04\/epm-image.jpg\" alt=\"epm-image\" width=\"295\" height=\"279\" \/>Efectivamente, en direcci\u00f3n de empresas queda mucho camino por recorrer, para acercarse a una nueva concepci\u00f3n de los estilos y de las prioridades y conseguir empresas que sean muy competitivas, \u00a0con personas que encuentren sentido al trabajo que realizan cada d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Como dice el t\u00edtulo del art\u00edculo \u201c<strong>un trabajo con sentido, no deber\u00eda ser un privilegio de la \u00e9lite<\/strong>\u201d. Muchas organizaciones que disponen de recursos, adolecen de ese impulso creador de quienes ocupan puestos con influencia en todo el organigrama.<\/p>\n<p>No ser\u00eda dificil conseguir mejoras en el terreno citado, pues depende de una nueva forma de entender el liderazgo, no como una jerarqu\u00eda, sino saber inspirar para transformar y mejorar la gesti\u00f3n, para que las personas encuentren sentido a su vida profesional y las empresas tengan \u00e9xito sostenido en el tiempo en los mercados de hoy y del futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Straub y Kirby destacan que la investigaci\u00f3n en management se orientar\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os hacia la <strong>b\u00fasqueda de la prosperidad inclusiva<\/strong>, un concepto que relacionan con la influencia de los textos del economista Thomas Piketty o, desde otra perspectiva, la de Eric Beinhocker (de McKinsey &amp; Co, oficina de Washington DC) y Nick Hanauer (emprendedor, inversor y defensor de una redefinici\u00f3n del capitalismo), \u00e9stos \u00faltimos destacan que la prosperidad es \u201cla acumulaci\u00f3n de soluciones para resolver los problemas humanos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El breve art\u00edculo de Straub y Kirby es como una peque\u00f1a agenda, una llamada de atenci\u00f3n hacia los trabajos a realizar, una palanca de impulso, pensando en su aplicaci\u00f3n en la pr\u00e1ctica de una profesi\u00f3n, la de directivos y directivas, con una gran incidencia en la calidad de vida de las personas, tal como destac\u00f3 en sus escritos Peter Drucker.<\/p>\n<p>Citando a Drucker, es destacable la pr\u00f3xima edici\u00f3n del Global Drucker Forum que tendr\u00e1 lugar en Viena, los d\u00edas 16 y 17 de noviembre de 2017, precisamente con el tema: \u201cGrowth and Inclusive Prosperity\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Referencias<\/u>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Straub, R.; Kirby, J.
