Ya hace tiempo que se <strong>relaciona los pensamientos, situaciones y vivencias negativas con los problemas a la hora de dormir<\/strong>, pero ahora acaban de publicarse los resultados de un estudio sistem\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>Jacob Nota y Meredith Cole, de la universidad de Binghamton, sometieron a 100 adultos a diferentes cuestionarios y tareas computerizadas, tambi\u00e9n adem\u00e1s de esto le preguntaron si se consideraban m\u00e1s nocturnos o diurnos. Con esta investigaci\u00f3n fueron descubriendo que los voluntarios que experimentaban m\u00e1s a menudo pensamientos negativos dedicaban menos tiempo al sue\u00f1o, dorm\u00edan menos horas ya que tambi\u00e9n se acostaban m\u00e1s tarde.
