{"id":367,"date":"2013-04-26T08:31:19","date_gmt":"2013-04-26T08:31:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.uao.es\/deportes\/?p=367"},"modified":"2017-07-15T07:38:25","modified_gmt":"2017-07-15T07:38:25","slug":"la-practica-de-ejercicio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/2013\/04\/26\/la-practica-de-ejercicio\/","title":{"rendered":"La pr\u00e1ctica de ejercicio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Es importante tener en cuenta que el ejercicio es bueno para mantener un estado f\u00edsico adecuado y de salud pero tambi\u00e9n el hecho de hacer demasiado ejercicio puede crear ciertos problemas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taquicardias en estado de reposo.<\/li>\n<li>Aumento de la sudoraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Insomnio.<\/li>\n<li>Sensaci\u00f3n de cansancio durante todo el d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Cambios en el car\u00e1cter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para evitar este tipo de reacciones en nuestro organismo hemos de tener en cuenta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hacer ejercicios acordes a nuestras posibilidades y descansar suficientemente.<\/li>\n<li>Ejercitar nuestro cuerpo tres o cuatro veces por semana para que pueda recuperarse del esfuerzo.<\/li>\n<li>Hacerlo con\u00a0 regularidad para evitar que nos sea m\u00e1s costoso y, as\u00ed poder\u00a0acostumbrar al cuerpo al ejercicio f\u00edsico.<\/li>\n<li>Beber agua y respirar correctamente.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar una dieta variada para evitar desmayos o bajones de hierro, az\u00facar\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Es mejor hacer el ejercicio por la ma\u00f1ana de seis a diez ya que las tardes son mejores para la relajaci\u00f3n y descanso.<\/li>\n<li>Las mejores estaciones del a\u00f1o para ejercitarse son oto\u00f1o, invierno o primavera pero si se realizan en verano hay que hacerlo en horas en que el calor del sol no nos afecte.<\/li>\n<li>Si te sientes agotado es mejor que no practiques ese d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Si has comido espera una o dos horas a que hayas hecho la digesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.uao.es\/deportes\/files\/2013\/04\/ejercicio-grande.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-368\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.uao.es\/deportes\/files\/2013\/04\/ejercicio-grande.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"560\" height=\"560\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fuentes:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adelgazamos.com\/2008\/04\/15\/sobreentrenamiento\/\">Adelgazamos<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ayurvedasalud.com\/cuidate\/estar-en-forma.html\">Ayurvedaalud<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es importante tener en cuenta que el ejercicio es bueno para mantener un estado f\u00edsico adecuado y de salud pero tambi\u00e9n el hecho de hacer&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":369,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-367","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-general"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
