{"id":3036,"date":"2023-09-10T09:57:41","date_gmt":"2023-09-10T08:57:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/?p=3036"},"modified":"2024-05-13T12:02:05","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T11:02:05","slug":"actua-i-crea-esperanca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/2023\/09\/10\/actua-i-crea-esperanca\/","title":{"rendered":"ACTUA I CREA ESPERAN\u00c7A"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>ACTUA I CREA ESPERAN\u00c7A,<br \/>\nper a la PREVENCI\u00d3 DEL SU\u00cfCIDI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Des de 2003, l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Internacional per la Prevenci\u00f3 del Su\u00efcidi (IASP, per les seves sigles en angl\u00e8s) promou, juntament amb l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut, la celebraci\u00f3 del Dia Mundial per a la Prevenci\u00f3 del Su\u00efcidi. Enguany, es tanca la tem\u00e0tica dels \u00faltims tres anys que ens recorda que tots podem crear esperan\u00e7a en el nostre entorn a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;acci\u00f3 i convertir-nos en llum per als qui detectem que puguin necessitar-la \u201ccreate hope through action and be the light\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A nivell mundial, el su\u00efcidi es cobra m\u00e9s de 700.000 vides anuals (OMS, 2021). A Espanya, les dades provisionals publicades per l&#8217;Institut Nacional d&#8217;Estad\u00edstica indiquen que en 2022 van morir 4.097 persones, la qual cosa implica una defunci\u00f3 cada aproximadament dues hores. Aquesta xifra \u00e9s un 2,3% m\u00e9s que l&#8217;any anterior i la converteix en una de les principals causes de mort externes (INE, 2023); per sobre del nombre de morts derivades d&#8217;accidents de tr\u00e0nsit. Si sumem les temptatives no consumades, ens d\u00f3na una imatge de la rellev\u00e0ncia que t\u00e9 aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3 en la nostra societat. No obstant aix\u00f2, no existeix un pla d&#8217;acci\u00f3 nacional per a la prevenci\u00f3 de la conducta su\u00efcida (Sufrate-Sorzano et al., 2022).<\/p>\n<p>En l&#8217;\u00e0mbit nacional comptem amb entitats com la Plataforma Nacional per a l&#8217;Estudi la Prevenci\u00f3 del Su\u00efcidi, la Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola per a la Prevenci\u00f3 del Su\u00efcidi o la Confederaci\u00f3 Salut Mental Espanya amb multitud de recursos per a abordar aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3 des de diferents \u00e0mbits i perspectives. El Tel\u00e8fon de l&#8217;Esperan\u00e7a (717 00 37 17) ofereix atenci\u00f3 en situacions de crisis.<br \/>\nA m\u00e9s, el Ministeri de Sanitat promou la L\u00ednia 024 d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 a la Conducta Su\u00efcida. Es tracta d&#8217;una l\u00ednia telef\u00f2nica d&#8217;ajuda a les persones amb pensaments, ideacions o risc de conducta su\u00efcida, i als seus familiars i afins, b\u00e0sicament a trav\u00e9s de la contenci\u00f3 emocional per mitj\u00e0 de l&#8217;escolta activa pels seus professionals. Aquest servei no pret\u00e9n reempla\u00e7ar ni ser alternativa a la consulta presencial amb un professional sanitari quan sigui necess\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>El su\u00efcidi pot afectar qualsevol persona i t\u00e9 un profund impacte sobre les persones de voltant. Els seus factors de risc i causes s\u00f3n complexos. Parlar obertament en lloc d&#8217;evitar enfrontar-nos a aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3 \u00e9s clau per a la seva prevenci\u00f3. Alguns dels suggeriments per a aquest dia s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Con\u00e8ixer els factors de risc, les seves causes i els senyals d&#8217;alerta.<\/li>\n<li>Conscienciar-nos sobre el tema i sensibilitzar a uns altres.<\/li>\n<li>Prestar ajuda als quals es troben en situacions dif\u00edcils.<\/li>\n<li>Erradicar l&#8217;estigma que va associat al su\u00efcidi i els problemes de salut mental.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Com a part de la comunitat universit\u00e0ria i la societat en general, no \u00e9s necessari ser un expert per a poder col\u00b7laborar en la prevenci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes conductes en el teu entorn. Estar alerta i tenir uns coneixements b\u00e0sics sobre els factors de risc, els senyals d&#8217;alarma i saber com actuar s\u00f3n claus.<\/p>\n<p>Entre els<strong> factors de risc<\/strong>, que actuen acumulativament augmentant la vulnerabilitat de les persones (Briongos et al., 2022), trobem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trastorns mentals. S\u00f3n un factor possible, per\u00f2 poden ser uns altres.<\/li>\n<li>Variables psicol\u00f2giques com la impulsivitat, el pensament dicot\u00f2mic, la dificultat de resoluci\u00f3 de problemes, la desesperan\u00e7a i la rigidesa cognitiva.<\/li>\n<li>Intents previs.<\/li>\n<li>Edat. L&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia i l&#8217;edat avan\u00e7ada s\u00f3n els moments amb m\u00e9s risc, no els \u00fanics.<\/li>\n<li>Factors gen\u00e8tics i biol\u00f2gics, per exemple: baixos nivells de serotonina.<\/li>\n<li>Malaltia o discapacitat.<\/li>\n<li>Historial familiar previ.<\/li>\n<li>Esdeveniments vitals estressants.<\/li>\n<li>Factors sociofamiliars i ambientals.<\/li>\n<li>Historial de maltractament.<\/li>\n<li>Historial de discriminaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e0cil acc\u00e9s a mitjans autolesius.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Els <strong>senyals d&#8217;alerta<\/strong> a les quals hem de parar esment s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comentaris molt negatius cap a si mateix \u00abno valc per a res\u00bb, \u00ablo meu no t\u00e9 soluci\u00f3\u00bb, \u00abm&#8217;agradaria desapar\u00e8ixer\u00bb, &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Canvis en la seva conducta: tristesa, a\u00efllament, major irritabilitat&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Patrons de somni i alimentaci\u00f3 molt irregulars.<\/li>\n<li>Deixar de fer les coses que abans li agradaven.<\/li>\n<li>Cerques perilloses en Internet (pastilles, maneres d&#8217;autolesionar-se).<\/li>\n<li>Baixada del rendiment escolar.<\/li>\n<li>Conductes de tancament com acomiadar-se, regalar objectes personals, tancar xarxes socials&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sovint, les reaccions naturals davant aquestes conductes s\u00f3n no creure-ho, negar-ho, evitar-ho ointeractuar com si res hagu\u00e9s passat. \u00c9s important evitar aquestes conductes i tenir clar<strong> com actuar<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mostra atenci\u00f3 als canvis de conducta.<\/li>\n<li>Parla obertament i ofereix confian\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<li>No jutgis ni critiquis.<\/li>\n<li>Demana-li temps.<\/li>\n<li>Anima-li a demanar ajuda professional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Factors de protecci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La federaci\u00f3 Salut Mental CyL ens recorda que els intents de su\u00efcidi poden veure&#8217;s influ\u00efts per una s\u00e8rie de factors que poden suavitzar, protegir i disminuir el seu risc. Aquests es poden classificar en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personals; com ara habilitats de comunicaci\u00f3, d&#8217;enfrontar i resoldre els problemes, de relacionar-se, de cerca de suport i consell, d&#8217;autoconfian\u00e7a, deflexibilitat cognitiva i pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;h\u00e0bits saludables.<\/li>\n<li>Familiars; relacionats amb el suport i la cohesi\u00f3 familiar.<\/li>\n<li>Socials o mediambientals; que suposin una xarxa social de suport, suport i consist\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al llarg de la nostra vida amb el contacte amb els altres i les decisions que prenem anem adquirint capacitats per a manejar les nostres emocions, per a gestionar els obstacles que trobem.
