Una d&#8217;elles \u00e9s per ajudar a reduir el seu risc de desenvolupar c\u00e0ncer. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.org\/content\/dam\/cancer-org\/research\/cancer-facts-and-statistics\/cancer-facts-and-figures-for-hispanics-and-latinos\/cancer-facts-and-figures-for-hispanics-and-latinos-2018-2020-spanish.pdf\">Segons les Dades i Estad\u00edstiques sobre la Prevenci\u00f3 i Detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 del C\u00e0ncer de 2019-2020 de la Societat Americana Contra el C\u00e0ncer<\/a>, fer m\u00e9s activitat f\u00edsica es troba estretament vinculat a un menor risc per a diversos tipus de c\u00e0ncer, incloent-hi c\u00e0ncer colorectal, endometrial i de pit postmenop\u00e0usic. Alguns estudis mostren que l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica tamb\u00e9 podria reduir el risc per a c\u00e0ncers d&#8217;es\u00f2fag i de fetge.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2929\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2023\/02\/activitat-fisica.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"724\" height=\"483\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2023\/02\/activitat-fisica.jpg 724w, https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2023\/02\/activitat-fisica-405x270.jpg 405w, https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2023\/02\/activitat-fisica-272x182.jpg 272w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 724px) 100vw, 724px\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>L&#8217;exercici rutinari ajuda a mantenir un pes saludable i regula algunes hormones que contribueixen al desenvolupament del c\u00e0ncer. Aix\u00ed mateix, ajuda a mantenir sa el sistema immunitari. Perdre fins i tot una petita quantitat de pes comporta beneficis per a la salut i \u00e9s un bon punt de partida.<\/p>\n<p><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Un altre avantatge de fer exercici \u00e9s que quan s&#8217;est\u00e0 fent, simplement no est\u00e0 assegut. I cada vegada hi ha m\u00e9s evid\u00e8ncies que el temps que es passa assegut, independentment de quant exercici es faci quan no ho est\u00e0, augmenta la probabilitat de desenvolupar diversos tipus de c\u00e0ncer, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;obesitat, diabetis tipus 2 i cardiopaties.<\/p>\n<h5><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Quant\u00a0exercici necessito?<\/h5>\n<p><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Els adults han de realitzar almenys 150 minuts d&#8217;activitat d&#8217;intensitat moderada o 75 minuts d&#8217;activitat d&#8217;intensitat vigorosa per setmana. Per\u00f2 fins i tot quantitats inferiors d&#8217;exercici poden ser d&#8217;ajuda. Per a les persones que no han\u00a0realitzat\u00a0exercici durant algun temps, \u00e9s important comen\u00e7ar lentament i augmentar l&#8217;activitat de forma gradual.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Alguns exemples d&#8217;activitat moderada s\u00f3n fer una caminada r\u00e0pida i en\u00e8rgica (5 km per hora), ball, ciclisme sense pressa, ioga, golf, softbol,\u00a0tennis\u00a0dobles&#8230; Alguns exemples d&#8217;activitats en\u00e8rgiques s\u00f3n trotar, c\u00f3rrer, anar de pressa amb bicicleta, nadar, dansa aer\u00f2bica, futbol,\u00a0tennis\u00a0individual i b\u00e0squet.
