{"id":2883,"date":"2022-07-05T17:59:59","date_gmt":"2022-07-05T16:59:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/?p=2883"},"modified":"2022-07-13T18:09:29","modified_gmt":"2022-07-13T17:09:29","slug":"nuestra-salud-nuestro-planeta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/2022\/07\/05\/nuestra-salud-nuestro-planeta\/","title":{"rendered":"10 Consejos para mejorar tu salud y ser sostenible"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bajo el lema \u201cNuestra salud, nuestro planeta\u201d la OMS ha aprovechado la celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Mundial de la Salud 2022 para llamar la atenci\u00f3n del mundo sobre las medidas urgentes que se necesitan para mantener la salud de los seres humanos y del planeta e incentivar un cambio para que las sociedades se preocupen del bienestar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2889\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2022\/07\/cartel-abril-22-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"982\" height=\"555\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2022\/07\/cartel-abril-22-1.jpg 982w, https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2022\/07\/cartel-abril-22-1-478x270.jpg 478w, https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2022\/07\/cartel-abril-22-1-768x434.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 982px) 100vw, 982px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nuestras decisiones pol\u00edticas, sociales y comerciales est\u00e1n favoreciendo la crisis clim\u00e1tica y sanitaria. M\u00e1s del 90% de las personas respiran un aire insalubre que es consecuencia de la quema de combustibles f\u00f3siles. Debido al calentamiento del planeta, los mosquitos propagan las enfermedades m\u00e1s lejos y m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que antes. Los fen\u00f3menos meteorol\u00f3gicos extremos, la degradaci\u00f3n del suelo y la escasez de agua est\u00e1n desplazando a las personas y afectando a su salud. La contaminaci\u00f3n y los pl\u00e1sticos llegan hasta el fondo de nuestros oc\u00e9anos m\u00e1s profundos, de las monta\u00f1as m\u00e1s altas, y se han abierto paso en nuestra cadena alimentaria. Los sistemas de fabricaci\u00f3n de alimentos y bebidas muy transformados y poco saludables est\u00e1n impulsando una ola de obesidad, aumentando el c\u00e1ncer y las enfermedades cardiacas, al tiempo que generan un tercio de las emisiones mundiales de gases de efecto invernadero.<\/p>\n<p>La reducci\u00f3n de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero mediante mejores elecciones en materia de transporte, alimentos y uso de la energ\u00eda pueden traducirse en mejoras de la salud, en particular a trav\u00e9s de la reducci\u00f3n de la contaminaci\u00f3n del aire.<\/p>\n<p>A corto y medio plazo, los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico sobre la salud vendr\u00e1n determinados principalmente por la vulnerabilidad de las poblaciones, su resiliencia al ritmo actual del cambio clim\u00e1tico y el alcance y ritmo de la adaptaci\u00f3n.
