Las ganas no pueden faltar, llegados a este punto no nos interesa que sea otro prop\u00f3sito de a\u00f1o nuevo que no tachamos de la lista. Mental\u00edzate, y a por ello. Los primeros d\u00edas se har\u00e1 muy cuesta arriba y dar\u00e1 pereza ir, por ello hay que sacar la fuerza de voluntad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No empezar de golpe. <\/strong>No nos interesa que el exceso de ganas iniciales te haga acumular demasiada fatiga para posteriores sesiones. La vuelta a la rutina debe ser de forma progresiva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Volver a la comida saludable.<\/strong> Hemos tenido unas m\u00e1s que <em>dulces<\/em> vacaciones navide\u00f1as, ahora toca dejar los excesos, y volver a una dieta equilibrada. Una buena alimentaci\u00f3n es fundamental para lograr los objetivos marcados.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ponerse metas razonables.<\/strong> Empieza con peque\u00f1os retos, peque\u00f1os objetivos f\u00e1cilmente asumibles y realistas. Esto te ayudar\u00e1 a mantener la motivaci\u00f3n inicial y ha no frustrarte. Recuerda, la suma de peque\u00f1os retos, se convierten en un GRAN LOGRO.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Empieza \u00a1YA! con el deporte.<\/strong> En cuanto acaben tus vacaciones en el trabajo retoma tu rutina deportiva, no esperes al lunes, al d\u00eda x&#8230; eso acaba por no cumplirse.\u00a0 La vuelta al cole es la vuelta al cole. Es mejor enfrentarse a todo a la vez, para no caer en la pereza o en la procastinaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Haz un calendario deportivo.<\/strong>\u00a0 En toda rutina deportiva una\u00a0 buena programaci\u00f3n es fundamental \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos d\u00edas a la semana quieres hacer deporte? \u00bfQu\u00e9 momentos del d\u00eda tienes disponibles? Con estas variables, ya puedes hacer tus planes. Y si un d\u00eda no puedes cumplir, por el motivo que sea, reprograma la actividad para cuando tengas disponibilidad.
