Hidr\u00e1tate bien!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem\">Regular la temperatura corporal, transportar nutrientes y ox\u00edgeno a todas las c\u00e9lulas, convertir los alimentos en energ\u00eda y absorber los nutrientes, limpieza&#8230;son algunas de las m\u00faltiples funciones que realiza el agua en nuestro organismo. <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 1.125rem\">De aqu\u00ed la importancia de una buena HIDRATACI\u00d3N.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2479\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2479\" style=\"width: 1280px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2479\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2021\/06\/pexels-daria-shevtsova-1458671-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2479\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">H2O<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>El ser humano adulto, seg\u00fan su condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica, sexo, edad, estilo de vida y clima en el que resida, tiene de promedio un 65% de agua en su cuerpo.<\/strong> Se calcula que en la infancia supone el 80%, porcentaje que va decayendo hasta la vejez, en la que baja hasta un 50% en mujeres y un 60% en hombres.
