Seg\u00fan un estudio publicado recientemente en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/biomedgerontology\/advance-article-abstract\/doi\/10.1093\/gerona\/glaa227\/5920919?redirectedFrom=fulltext\"><em>The Journals of Gerontology <\/em><\/a>\u00a0, se\u00f1ala que incluso <strong>el ejercicio ligero puede mejorar nuestra salud de forma medible.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2344\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2020\/11\/Fitball.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"1280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2020\/11\/Fitball.jpg 960w, https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2020\/11\/Fitball-203x270.jpg 203w, https:\/\/blogs.uao.es\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2020\/11\/Fitball-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Los investigadores observaron y midieron los niveles de actividad de unas 6.000 mujeres de edades comprendidas entre los 63 y los 97 a\u00f1os durante 7 d\u00edas, gracias a unos acceler\u00f2metres que les permit\u00edan saber cu\u00e1nto tiempo pasaban sentadas, quietas de pie o en movimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Los resultados fueron claros, aquellas que realizaban la actividad f\u00edsica m\u00e1s ligera como es estar de pie, ya ten\u00eda un impacto positivo directo en su salud, en concreto mostraban un 37% menos de riesgo de mortalidad que aquellas que se manten\u00edan sentadas m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Por supuesto los mayores beneficios se encontraban entre las mujeres m\u00e1s activas, no solo las que permanec\u00edan m\u00e1s tiempo de pie,\u00a0 pero las mejoras del simple hecho de estar de pie, ya se pod\u00edan medir a partir de los 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque se trata de una investigaci\u00f3n preliminar, realizada \u00fanicamente en mujeres estadounidenses.
