D&#8217;aquesta manera l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca \u00e9s m\u00e9s gran \u00abgastant\u00bb menys energia per treballar.<\/li>\n<li>Estimula la circulaci\u00f3 dins del m\u00fascul card\u00edac afavorint \u00abl\u2019alimentaci\u00f3\u00bb del cor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sobre el sistema circulatori<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribueix a la reducci\u00f3 de la pressi\u00f3 arterial.<\/li>\n<li>Augmenta la circulaci\u00f3 en tots els m\u00fasculs.<\/li>\n<li>Disminueix la formaci\u00f3 de co\u00e0guls dins de les art\u00e8ries, de manera que es prevenen aparicions d&#8217;infarts i de trombosi cerebrals.<\/li>\n<li>Actua sobre l&#8217;endoteli, que \u00e9s la capa de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules que entapissa per dins les art\u00e8ries segregant subst\u00e0ncies de summa import\u00e0ncia per al seu correcte funcionament, millorant la seva activitat i mantenint-se i vigor\u00f3s. Tot aix\u00f2 per una acci\u00f3 directa, a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;hormones que s&#8217;alliberen amb l&#8217;exercici.<\/li>\n<li>Millora el funcionament ven\u00f3s prevenint l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de varius.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1416 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.uao.es\/deportes\/files\/2015\/12\/1.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"438\" height=\"246\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sobre el metabolisme<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Augmenta la capacitat d&#8217;aprofitament de l&#8217;oxigen que li arriba a l&#8217;organisme per la circulaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Augmenta l&#8217;activitat dels enzims musculars, elements que permeten un millor metabolisme del m\u00fascul i per tant una menor necessitat d&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia de treball card\u00edac.<\/li>\n<li>Augmenta el consum de greixos durant l&#8217;activitat amb el que contribueix a la p\u00e8rdua de pes.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7labora en la disminuci\u00f3 del colesterol total i del colesterol LDL (\u00abdolent\u00bb) amb augment del colesterol HDL (\u00abbo\u00bb).<\/li>\n<li>Millora la toler\u00e0ncia a la glucosa afavorint el tractament de la diabetis.<\/li>\n<li>Incrementa la secreci\u00f3 i treball de diferents hormones que contribueixen a la millora de les funcions de l&#8217;organisme.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7labora en el manteniment d&#8217;una vida sexual plena.<\/li>\n<li>Millora la resposta immunol\u00f2gica davant infeccions o agressions de diferent tipus.<\/li>\n<li>Enfortiment d&#8217;estructures (ossos, cart\u00edlags, lligaments, tendons) i millorament de la funci\u00f3 del sistema m\u00fascul esquel\u00e8tic contribuint efectivament en la qualitat de vida i grau d&#8217;independ\u00e8ncia especialment entre les persones d&#8217;edat avan\u00e7ada.<\/li>\n<li>Disminueix s\u00edmptomes g\u00e0strics i el risc de c\u00e0ncer de c\u00f2lon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sobre el tabaquisme<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Els individus que realitzen entrenament f\u00edsic deixen l&#8217;h\u00e0bit de fumar amb m\u00e9s facilitat i hi ha una relaci\u00f3 inversa entre exercici f\u00edsic i tabaquisme.<\/li>\n<li>Sobre els aspectes psicol\u00f2gics:<\/li>\n<li>Augmenta la sensaci\u00f3 de benestar i disminueix l&#8217;estr\u00e8s mental.
